Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our speakers, keyboards, and mice. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility Window: Returns and requests for refunds must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it, with all accessories and manuals included.
- Initiation Process: To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
