At HikoAroha, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase of our premium Speakers, Keyboards, and Mice. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned for a refund:

  • Opened software or digital downloads.
  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, accident, or improper handling.
  • Personalized or custom-configured items (unless defective).
  • Items not purchased directly from the HikoAroha online store.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  2. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package.
  3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including prepaid return shipping labels if necessary.
